🔎 We are looking for a Project Manager

📝 MAIN TASKS

• Plan and organize projects by defining objectives, priorities, timelines, resources, and key activities required to complete the project successfully.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders by ensuring that everyone understands their responsibilities, priorities, deadlines, and any relevant project updates.
• Monitor project progress by tracking tasks, milestones, deadlines, resources, and overall project performance to ensure the work stays on track.
• Manage risks and issues by identifying potential problems, addressing challenges as they arise, and coordinating solutions with the relevant people.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration by organizing meetings, sharing information, following up on actions, and keeping teams and stakeholders aligned.
• Manage project changes and priorities by assessing new requirements, adjusting plans when necessary, and ensuring that changes are properly communicated and managed.
• Report on project status by providing clear updates on progress, achievements, challenges, risks, and upcoming activities to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery by coordinating final activities, reviewing deliverables, confirming that objectives have been achieved, and supporting the project through to completion.

🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Fluency in French and English - written and spoken (C1+).
• Proven experience in project management, coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges and risks.
• Good understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage competing priorities.
• Good knowledge of project management and collaboration tools.

• This role offers a gross annual salary between 25.000€ a 45.000€ , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.

Hybrid position based in Lisbon (2x at the office).
