Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools, coordinating all phases of construction activities.
• Manage project budgets meticulously, including cost estimation, cost control, and financial reporting using HeavyBid or equivalent software.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Lead project meetings to review progress, resolve issues promptly, and update stakeholders on milestones.
• Manage contracts and procurement processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure effective project documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and closeout documentation.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance within commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of construction plans, blueprints reading (schematics), contracts administration, and project coordination.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
• Solid background in managing complex infrastructure projects with a focus on safety standards and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication purposes.
• Hands-on construction site experience coupled with knowledge of construction regulations and environmental policies.
• Effective project leadership capabilities with a focus on delivering results while maintaining team morale.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
