Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects within the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to establish scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements using tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Develop detailed construction schedules and coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid and other cost management software.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, contracts, and regulatory compliance documentation to ensure adherence to all safety and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progression.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality standards, review blueprints and schematics, and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, incident reports, and progress updates.
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks effectively, managing schedules with Primavera P6 or similar tools, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on safety and excellence.

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil works.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance specific to the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety inspections, quality assurance processes, and schedule coordination.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as OSHA regulations and local building codes is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
