Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.

· Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.

· Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.

· Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.

· Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.

· Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.

· All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.

· Previous experience working in HVAC is preferred.

· Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.

· Easily adapt to new situations and challenges.

· High mechanical and electrical aptitude.

· Works well individually with limited supervision.

· Highly organized and a reliable team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
