Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, designers, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, milestones, and costs.
• Oversee all aspects of the interior design, sourcing materials, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project quality meets the highest standards.
• Leadership and Resource Management:
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including designers, craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Allocate resources efficiently and ensure the team is aligned to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and manage team dynamics to foster a productive work environment.
• Budget and Forecasting Management:
• Manage the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and within the approved limits.
• Monitor costs and adjust project plans as needed to ensure budget adherence.
• Prepare regular budget reports for senior management and clients.
• Project Monitoring and Reporting:
• Continuously monitor project progress, providing detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and challenges proactively to stakeholders, providing solutions and mitigating issues before they escalate.
• Maintain clear documentation of project status, including regular progress reports and schedules.
• Risk and Quality Management:
• Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are adhered to by all project teams, managing the inspection and approval of materials, work, and installations.
• Resolve any issues related to design, materials, or client requirements promptly.
• Post-Project Evaluation and Client Feedback:
• Conduct a thorough evaluation of each project post-completion to assess successes and areas for improvement.
• Gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement in future projects.

Pay: From AED18,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Luxury Interior project: 7 years (Required)
