We are looking for an experienced Project Manager + Ivalua Technical Consultant to join an international transformation program, playing a key role in the implementation, integration, and evolution of enterprise Procurement solutions.

If you are passionate about project delivery, stakeholder engagement, Procure-to-Pay processes, and Ivalua solutions, this opportunity is for you.

What you need to join us:

• Ivalua P2P Certification (mandatory);

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Ivalua solutions;

• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating stakeholders;

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes;

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoicing modules;

• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and performance optimization;

• Experience with ETL processes (Extraction, Transformation and Loading);

• Experience implementing APIs and integration flows;

• Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and inter-system interfaces;

• Experience implementing SaaS solutions;

• Experience creating test documentation, test plans, and supporting testing activities;

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or equivalent;

• Previous IT experience (mandatory);

• English C1 (mandatory);

• French C1 (mandatory).

Nice to have

• Experience working in international and multicultural environments;

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders;

• Knowledge of Procurement transformation initiatives;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Experience within large enterprise environments.

Your challenge

• Lead and coordinate Ivalua implementation and enhancement projects;

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions;

• Support platform configuration and process optimization within P2P environments;

• Design and manage integrations between Ivalua and enterprise applications;

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners;

• Ensure project milestones, scope, quality, and timelines are achieved;

• Produce and maintain project, functional, and testing documentation;

• Support users throughout the project lifecycle and drive continuous improvement initiatives;

• Contribute to the successful delivery of digital procurement transformation programs.
