Project Manager

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop detailed project schedules using company project scheduling tools; coordinate construction schedule updates regularly
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, updating estimates, and controlling expenses through effective cost management strategies
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
• Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Utilize restoration management software for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities; verify work quality; address issues promptly to minimize delays
• Manage contracts and procurement processes; review change orders and scope adjustments as needed
• Lead project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and keep all clients informed of milestones

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction site management across commercial or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in restoration project management software.
• Strong knowledge of restoration estimating techniques and cost management practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proven track record managing teams in a construction management role; excellent leadership capabilities
• Deep understanding of construction scheduling principles; ability to coordinate multiple schedules effectively
• Familiarity with construction regulations and safety standards; commitment to regulatory compliance at all times
• Excellent time management skills; adept at prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
• Experience managing complex infrastructure or large-scale commercial projects from start to finish

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
