Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to own real estate and PropTech engagements end to end, such as a project launch website with its CRM and lead campaigns, a broker app with its go-to-market, a brand refresh with SEO and paid media behind it. You will run technology and marketing workstreams together, keep clients informed, and make sure every deliverable ships on time and to standard.

Roles Responsibilities

• Plan each engagement from the signed scope: milestones, owners, timelines and budgets.

• Run development sprints and marketing calendars in parallel across design, engineering, SEO and ads teams.

• Be the clients day-to-day contact for weekly updates, reviews, approvals and escalations.

• Manage change requests, dependencies and risks before they become delays.

• Coordinate launches: website and app releases, CRM go-lives and campaign rollouts.

• Track project and campaign KPIs (leads, CPL, site visits, rankings) and prepare weekly reports.

• Keep project tools and documentation current for a distributed, async team.

Requirements

• 2-5 years managing projects at an IT services or digital agency, covering both software and marketing delivery.

• Strong grasp of Agile delivery, and of how SEO, paid and social campaigns are planned and measured.

• Hands-on with Jira, ClickUp or Asana, Google Analytics, Ads Manager and CRM tools.

• Ability to run several client projects at once without losing detail.

• Excellent written communication and comfort working async across time zones.
