Project Manager

Job Summary

The Facilities and Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of company facilities while managing facility-related projects from planning to completion. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, effective asset management, and timely delivery of projects within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Engineer (PRC) is preferred.
• With at least 3–5 years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, or facilities management.
• Experience in construction, renovation, or engineering projects is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and technical documentation.
• Able to coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and project management software experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and monitor project implementation.
• Hospital/healthcare facility project experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility operations, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and asset management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare and control departmental budgets and project costs.
• Resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the facilities team to achieve organizational goals.
