Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale mission critical mechanical construction projects supporting hyperscale data center development.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a construction professional who can step into active projects and contribute quickly. You'll work closely with Senior Project Managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving toward successful commissioning and turnover.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Coordinate procurement and long-lead equipment
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with field leadership and subcontractors
• Monitor productivity, costs, and project performance
• Participate in owner and project coordination meetings
• Support commissioning, startup, and project turnover
• Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation
• Identify issues and help drive timely solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Mission critical or data center experience preferred
• Mechanical contractor experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to step into active projects with limited onboarding
• Experience with scheduling, procurement, forecasting, and project controls
