Project Manager

Job Requirements

We are looking for a reliable and organized Project Manager to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping projects moving by coordinating permits, inspections, utility companies, and day-to-day office responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable communicating with customers and outside organizations, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

What you’ll do:

• Pull and coordinate required project permits
• Schedule inspections with the appropriate municipalities and inspectors
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with power and utility companies
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct callers as needed
• Maintain project-related records and documentation
• Perform general administrative and office duties
• Communicate with team members to help keep projects on schedule
• Assist with other office and project coordination needs as they arise

What you’ll bring:

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and courteous phone and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
