Project Manager (PM)
The person responsible for leading a project from its initial idea to its final delivery. Their primary goal is to ensure the project is completed on time, within the approved budget, and according to the agreed-upon quality standards and scope.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scope Management: Defining clear project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
• Scheduling and Timeline Management: Developing detailed project plans with tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Budget and Resource Management: Estimating costs, creating budgets, and allocating human and material resources efficiently.
• Team Leadership and Coordination: Assembling teams, assigning tasks, and motivating members to perform at their best.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identifying potential risks early and developing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and satisfy client expectations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Creating progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.

Essential Skills:

• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication is critical.
• Organization and Time Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership: Skills in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and negotiating.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a specific engineering field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) is mandatory.
• Licensure: Professional licensure (e.g., Licensed Civil Engineer)
• Experience: Usually requires 8 to 10 years of progressive experience.
