Project Manager

Position Purpose:

Responsible for leading the Project Team and ensuring effective project delivery through technical leadership, project management, quality control, resource planning, and team development.

Required Experience:

Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant engineering experience, with at least three (3) years in a leadership or management role. Experience in engineering design, BIM, project coordination, and technical team management is preferred.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Licensed Engineer preferred.

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

Strong engineering and technical knowledge; project and resource management; proficiency in BIM and engineering software; quality assurance and technical review; client and multidisciplinary coordination; leadership, coaching, and people management; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

1. Leads and manages the Project Team.

2. Oversees project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and project requirements are met.

3. Plans manpower, resources, workload, and project assignments.

4. Oversees multidiscipline design, documentation, BIM coordination, and technical reviews.

5. Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.

6. Coordinates with Architectural, BIM, and other project disciplines.

7. Manages client and stakeholder coordination as required.

8. Coaches and develops engineering team members and monitors performance.

9. Supports business development, proposals, and technical presentations.

10. Identifies opportunities to improve engineering processes, systems, and productivity.

This position requires formal supervisory and management responsibility.

Tools and Equipment Used:

Engineering and BIM software, MS Office, project collaboration tools, and other equipment required in carrying out the intended work.
