Project Manager

image.works, a fast-growing marketing firm on Madison’s west side, seeks an organized Project Manager with strong attention to detail. This is an exciting position for someone who is looking to begin a career in the marketing field. With a customer-focused attitude and solid communication skills, the right candidate will excel at image.works!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

·      Keep track of dozens of project details every day

·      Strategize with sales rep, creative team, and client on campaign details

·      Prepare and route all final proofs for press

·      Traditional and digital print production knowledge for use in best practices

·      Oversee entire mailing process including list processing, postage invoices, and presort approval

·      Enter and/or review all new orders

·      Communicate with clients on project milestones

·      Communicate with vendors on project details

·      Help to resolve stalled projects

·      Keep all team members informed of project changes

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline

·      Excellent attention to detail and organizational, time management and multitasking skills

·      Analytical skills needed

·      Ability to work well in a team environment

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Software requirements: Microsoft Office – especially Outlook and Excel

·      Monday.com knowledge is a bonus
