Coulee Glass & Aluminum (2024) Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from award through closeout. This role coordinates customers, suppliers, shop production, and field crews to keep work safe, organized, on schedule, and within budget.

What you’ll do :

Manage project schedules, budgets, purchasing, documentation, and closeout.

Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope for glazing and aluminum systems. Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, approvals, material orders, and delivery dates.

Work with general contractors, architects, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to resolve project issues.

Track changes in scope and prepare change requests with supporting documentation.

Monitor project costs and progress, identify risks early, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Support field crews with clear information and timely decisions while reinforcing site safety requirements.

What you bring

Experience managing commercial construction projects; commercial glazing or building envelope experience is strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, entrances, windows, or architectural glass systems.

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications and manage several projects at once.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Confidence using project management software, spreadsheets, and standard office tools. A valid driver’s licence and ability to visit job sites as needed.
