Project Manager / Superintendent Element Design Build – Rochester, NY Full-Time | Salary | Starting at $80,000+ (with performance-based increases)

Element Design Build is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Rochester, NY. This is a full-time leadership role for a proven professional who can manage schedules, budgets, and crews while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
• Oversee on-site activities and enforce safety compliance
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards
• Provide clear communication between clients, design team, and construction staff
• Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction management or superintendent experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of building methods, codes, and safety regulations
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
