Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, blueprints reading, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and reporting purposes
• Supervise on-site construction activities by managing teams in a construction management role while maintaining safety protocols and quality assurance
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Manage contracts and procurement processes to secure necessary materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency
• Facilitate project meetings to review progress updates, address challenges, and align team efforts toward project goals
• Maintain detailed records of project documentation including schedules, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily logs

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil works
• Strong background in construction scheduling using Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management strategies
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, contract administration, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, environmental policies, and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) for reporting and documentation purposes
• Prior experience managing complex projects that involve detailed coordination of schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholders

Pay: $85,100.00 - $103,000.00 per year
