Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion and turnover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage overall construction activities and site operations.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, QA/QC, safety personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Review plans, specifications, work schedules, progress, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, accomplishments, variations, delays, and potential risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, applicable standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare and review progress reports, project updates, and other required documentation.
• Resolve construction issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper project close-out, punch listing, documentation, and turnover.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Licensed Engineer/Architect is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience, with proven project management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and site operations
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management/scheduling tools
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple project requirements
• Willing to work on-site in Subic, Zambales
