Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates, and controlling expenditures using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools
• Oversee the creation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
• Ensure construction site safety regulations are followed rigorously; conduct site inspections and enforce regulatory compliance
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes through Prolog or other contract management systems
• Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance on construction scheduling, and resolving issues promptly
• Utilize Civil 3D for site design coordination and schematic review to support infrastructure development
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including project logs, incident reports, and progress reports for transparency and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within civil or commercial sectors; familiarity with heavy civil infrastructure preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with attention to detail
• Experience managing project schedules and coordinating multiple teams on complex infrastructure projects
• Excellent cost management skills utilizing HeavyBid or similar estimating tools; ability to control budgets effectively
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management environment; excellent communication skills
• Construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management techniques

Pay: $87,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
