Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery. The candidate will work closely with clients, management, designers, developers, QA/testers, and documentation teams to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and resources.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Development, QA, and Documentation.
• Allocate resources and monitor team workload and progress.
• Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Establish clear communication between clients, management, and project teams.
• Conduct project meetings and track action items.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and delivery commitments.
• Identify delays and bottlenecks and take appropriate corrective action.
• Manage client expectations, feedback, and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, implementation, and project handover.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct project closure and capture lessons learned for future projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
