About the role

The Project Manager leads and coordinates multidisciplinary hydropower project activities from feasibility through project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technical, commercial, environmental, and project management objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from initiation to completion
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and company standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related project management roles
• Knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and site coordination
