Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing the construction team, including hiring and supervising personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions.
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
• Facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Handling project financials, including budget tracking and cost control measures.
• Resolving conflicts and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Conducting project meetings and providing regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Managing project risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects within budgetary and time constraints.
• Overseeing project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation.
• Continuously learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance project management efficiency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management/Related Field or 3 Years Experience Preferred.
