Project Manager

WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION

Alchedy Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our construction projects from mobilization to successful turnover.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar leadership role
• Experience handling medium to large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, progress billing, procurement, QA/QC and subcontractor management
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, Excel and construction documentation
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Willing to travel and visit multiple project sites as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from mobilization through completion and turnover
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards
• Lead Site Engineers, subcontractors and project personnel
• Monitor project schedule, cost, manpower and productivity
• Review procurement requirements and material schedules
• Monitor progress billings, variation orders and project cash flow
• Conduct regular project coordination meetings
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions
• Submit weekly project performance reports to management
• Maintain strong coordination with clients and consultants
