Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success while maintaining compliance with construction regulations. Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using project management software such as Primavera P6 and ProCore
• Coordinate construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and project milestones
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenses, and implementing cost management strategies
• Lead and manage teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on site and in office settings
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Oversee contract administration, including reviewing contracts, change orders, and ensuring adherence to construction regulations
• Conduct site visits to monitor safety protocols, quality standards, and progress; address issues promptly to minimize delays
• Utilize heavyBid, Civil 3D, Prolog, and other construction management tools for project scheduling, cost estimation, and document control
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
• Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to report progress, resolve issues, and align expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog or equivalent tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling (construction schedule coordination), cost management, and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Strong skills in blueprint reading, contract administration, project coordination, and construction plans review
• Familiarity with civil engineering software like Civil 3D is preferred
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Construction regulatory knowledge specific to local codes and industry best practices
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred; certifications such as PMP or CCM are advantageous

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
