 Handle tendering process: identifying opportunities, preparing bids, submission,

and follow-ups

 Oversee registrations, approvals, and accreditations with government and private

authorities

 Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal) for bid preparation and

project execution

 Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all tenders and projects

 Finding Accreditation bodies and contacting them for registrations and

accreditations.

 Finding instructors on digital platforms and contacting them for part time and full

time jobs.

 Finding 3rd party companies that provide services and contact them for quotations.

 Coordinating with BDMs for understand the requirements and assist them for client

work.

 Research and coordination with abroad companies to set appointment for

management.

 Other tasks directly delegated by the management on urgent basis.

 Coordination with ISO auditor to understand the ongoing processes and record

work.

 Contacting Accreditation bodies after filling the form for quotations and further

steps.

 Working on new in house course outlines for clients to be given by BDM’s.

 Maintaining and organization of all the material information of the courses.

 Schedule records of the trainings to avoid confusion between training managers for

instructor.

 Coordinating and making company documents for accreditation bodies, vendor

registration and tender work.

 Coordination with other sister company delegates for instructor and material

work.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
