Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction project execution and planning. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience, and the ability to manage projects from initiation to handover while ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion in compliance with contract specifications and UAE regulations
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure effective cost control, resource allocation, and risk management
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with local authority standards
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Conduct regular site meetings and report project status to senior management
• Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and handover documentation

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management
• UAE Experience: At least 3 years in the UAE construction industry
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution

Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Mandatory or strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of project planning and control techniques

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience with planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6 / MS Project) preferred
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and standards
