Project Manager

About the role

Lead and manage civil and infrastructure projects from commencement through completion, ensuring successful delivery in terms of progress, quality, cost, safety and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from commencement to successful completion
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget
• Manage project team, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Responsible to QA/QC on project implementation
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plan
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract specifications, and statutory requirements
• Resolve technical, operational, and site issues promptly
• Conduct and chair site meetings as necessary with the site teams
• Ensure compliance reports and attend site meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, project planning and cost control
• Familiar with claims, VO, EOT, project scheduling, and site management
• Familiar with construction processes, contracts and local authority requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
