Job Overview

Elegant Qubes Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out, event, and exhibition projects from planning through execution, handover, and closure. The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets, teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver projects according to approved designs, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, production, site execution, and handover.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Accounts, and site teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material requirements with the relevant technical teams.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, variations, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate client, consultant, venue, organizer, and authority requirements and approvals.
• For events and exhibitions, oversee build-up, installation, event support, dismantling, and material returns.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
• Identify risks, resolve execution issues, and escalate matters requiring management decisions.
• Maintain complete project records and submit timely updates to management.
• Complete snagging, handover, closure documentation, and post-project reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven UAE project management experience in exhibitions, interior fit-out and events.
• Exhibition experience is highly preferred, particularly in stand construction, venue coordination, and time-sensitive build-ups.
• Strong understanding of fit-out execution, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and production processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project scheduling tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours according to project schedules.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.
