Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple project sites, ensuring smooth execution, timely completion, client satisfaction, and effective coordination between internal teams, factory, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor multiple project sites and ensure timely project completion.

Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.

Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, Assemblers, factory, design, operations, and procurement teams.

Plan project schedules, track milestones, and identify potential delays or issues.

Ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, manpower, and other site requirements.

Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely supply of materials/services.

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and company standards.

Review daily site reports and prepare/consolidate MIS reports.

Coordinate factory production, dispatch, and site requirements.

Resolve project-related issues and escalate critical matters to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
