Project Manager – Healthcare

Initial 6 Month daily rate contract

Hybrid - Dublin City Center

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading organisation within the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of projects within a complex and evolving healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and project documentation.
• Coordinate activities across business, operational, clinical and technology teams.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
• Track project actions, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.
• Support change management, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance and project management standards.

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience working in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar project delivery role .
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports and other project documentation.
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different business areas.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience within healthcare, a clinical environment or a hospital setting is preferred.
• Experience working on healthcare transformation, operational change, digital or technology projects would be an advantage.
