Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Lead preconstruction, buyout, execution, and closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, owners, architects, and project teams.
• Handle contracts, change orders, budgets, billing, and cost control.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and documentation using Procore.
• Lead project meetings and ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee quality control, punch lists, and final closeout.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
• Experience managing multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore, P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• OSHA 30 and design-build experience preferred.
