Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee electrical projects from project award to completion and handover.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and overall performance.
• Lead and coordinate engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Ensure all project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
• Manage project variations, claims, progress payments, and commercial matters in coordination with the management team.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Resolve technical, coordination, and site-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and project safety requirements.
• Lead the project team and ensure effective coordination between office and site personnel.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
• Maintain proper project documentation and ensure all close-out documents are completed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any Engineering related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management
• Willing to travel
