Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project costs and ensure activities remain within the approved budget.
• Ensure all construction works comply with quality standards, approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues.
• Ensure required permits, approvals, and inspections are completed on time.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing the construction, with strong experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project planning, quality control, and UAE construction standards.
