Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chambersburg, PA. This position oversees commercial site development projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project plans, tracking progress, managing procurement and expediting of materials, and maintaining communication with clients, internal teams, and field crews. The Project Manager monitors quality and compliance with specifications and regulations and prepares regular status reports and documentation. This role also supports continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and project delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination (Project Management).
• Candidates should possess skills in expediting materials and equipment to support timely project execution (Expeditor, Expediting).
• Candidates should possess skills in inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards (Inspection).
• Candidates should possess logistics management skills to oversee the flow of materials, equipment, and resources across multiple job sites (Logistics Management).
• Relevant experience in construction or civil infrastructure project management, preferably in commercial site development or road work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, contracts, and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field crews, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.
• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and applicable regulations; relevant certifications are a plus.
