About the Role

Marketlube is looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible project manager to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Coordinate between Sales, Project Coordination, Content, Video Production, Editing, and other internal teams.
• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks, deadlines, and pending activities.
• Maintain and update daily operational trackers, project status, and reports.
• Monitor task progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, or pending requirements.
• Ensure proper handover of tasks and information between departments.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams whenever additional information or clarification is required.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, tasks, client requirements, and operational updates.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, shoots, follow-ups, and other operational activities.
• Escalate operational issues to the concerned manager or Project Coordinator when required.
• Ensure that assigned tasks are completed within the expected timeline.
• Support management in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Help maintain discipline, process compliance, and proper communication within the team.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Perform other operational and coordination responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Workspace.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any relevant field preferred.
• Candidates from other relevant educational backgrounds with good coordination and communication skills may also apply.

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, Administration, Project Coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
