What they need
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in handling infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.
Experience managing multiple concurrent releases and competing priorities.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with change management and IT service management practices.
Experience with release planning, deployment scheduling, and production implementation.
Experience with packaged application deployments is preferred.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Understanding of version control systems and software configuration management.
