Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at MABUCO SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with the project team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating and managing project activities, resources, and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks
• Communicating project status and updates to clients and senior management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
• Providing leadership and guidance to the project team
• Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred
