Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager for planning, organizing, executing, and completing a project so that it is delivered on time, within budget, and according to requirements. The PM coordinates people, tasks, timelines, and communication from initial request to final delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Support business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Manage project change requests and ensure proper impact assessment.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management & Logistics or a related field.
• More than 2 years of work experience in PM.
• Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP) certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience with Business Applications and IT Software (e.g., Document Management, Workflows, BPM).
• Advanced level of English language.
• Competency in using MS Windows/Office applications, Project management tools, SAP.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Fast learner and details oriented.
• Capacity to manage and meet tight deadlines.
• This is an on-site position based at our offices in Koropi, Athens Greece
