Project Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead the technical support and enhancement program of an enterprise Board Management System for a leading government entity in KSA. You will own delivery, governance, security compliance, and stakeholder communication across a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Board Management System support and enhancement project.
• Manage release, change, and rollback plans with zero impact on business continuity.
• Coordinate DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and on-premises environments.
• Manage a team of 10+ across product, BA, UI/UX, development, QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity.
• Ensure compliance with NCA and DGA controls and data protection requirements.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, RAID logs, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration / IT.
• 15+ years in technical project management, including 10+ years on enterprise systems for government or regulated entities.
• Led at least 3 government/enterprise technical projects in the last 7 years (reference letters available).
• Proven experience delivering a board/committee management or similar governance system.
• Experience with on-premises delivery, Git, and internal CI/CD.
• Experience with DevSecOps/SSDLC, Release and Change Management.
• Managed 10+ API integrations (SSO, notifications, email, SMS, e-signature).
• Experience with NCA and DGA controls, penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• PMP certification.
