Project Manager

Responsible for the design, logistics, installation, commissioning & handover of new and modernization projects within specific timeline and budget.

Prepare project works schedule and update on weekly basis.

Periodical site check on construction status and resolve Issues as and when required.

Initiate progress claims and chase for payment certification, ensure that all phases of the installation are in accordance with the agreed methods and schedule submitted, raise Purchase Requisition for sub-contract works/local materials.

Handle contractual matters and disputes, manage project budget, VO opportunity, carry out site safety audits/quality control/documentation, report and raise non-conformity or faulty parts (NCR) to factory.

Initiate and liaise with testing team for T & C works.

Submit all necessary documents for lift lodgment, attend site and authority inspections, coordinate internal and

external defects rectification works.

Conduct product training to user, to ensure smooth handing over of equipment to client.

Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing process.

Monitor financial progress of the project, analyze cost projection and ensure materials and resources are cost

efficient.

Attend customer's and vendor's commercial meeting and actively participate in the negotiation of potential changes and variations.

Perform any other function and tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
