- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
Job Requirements :
- 12-16 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager (PMP certified).
- Strong understanding of Java programming language and its applications in insurance domain.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
