Job Overview
EWCC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our growing team of construction consultants. Duties

• Collaborate with fellow PMs and clients.
• Protect the clients interests, respect their budget, and help them navigate construction with clarity and confidence.
• Serve as a neutral, third-party field representative who ensures that the work is done right.
• Be present on site as the clients eyes, ears, and voice — helping them move from planning to completion with clarity, confidence, and no wasted steps.
• Must be able to assess a property prior to construction or remodel , to find risks other may have missed.
• Familiar with warranty work, punch lists, and closing documentation.
• Be able to determine what if anything needs to be tested for environmental hazards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction field, with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Osha 30
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass standard criminal background test and substance screenings.
