What they need

At OFDC, we don’t just install flooring—we deliver projects that shape how people experience spaces every day.

From large-scale commercial environments to high-visibility projects, our work requires precision, accountability, and a team that takes pride in getting it right.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants to own their work, drive results, and be part of a team that values performance, trust, and growth.

Who You Are

You’re not just managing projects—you’re driving outcomes.

You think like an owner. You understand that every decision impacts profitability, timelines, and client relationships. You’re proactive, not reactive. You don’t wait for problems—you anticipate them, solve them, and keep things moving forward.

You’re someone who:

  • Takes full ownership of financial performance and project success
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both field teams and clients
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where every day is different
  • Balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail
  • Holds yourself (and others) to a high standard

You’re respected by the field because you understand what it takes to execute. And you’re trusted by leadership because you deliver.

Why OFDC?

We’ve built a culture around accountability, collaboration, and results.

At OFDC, you’ll find:

  • A team that expects excellence and supports you in achieving it
  • The opportunity to manage meaningful, high-impact commercial projects
  • Leadership that values ownership, not micromanagement
  • A company where your performance directly influences growth and opportunity
  • A culture built on trust, follow-through, and doing things the right way

This is a place for people who want to be challenged—and rewarded—for performing at a high level.

What You’ll Own

As a Flooring Project Manager, you are the driving force behind each project’s success—from financial performance to execution in the field.

You’ll lead the coordination between office and field, ensuring projects are delivered:

  • On time
  • Within budget
  • At the quality standard OFDC is known for

You’ll take ownership of profitability, manage risk, drive schedules, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Your ability to lead, problem-solve, and execute will directly impact both project success and company performance.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation and an ownership mindset. Ideal candidates typically have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects (flooring experience a plus)
  • A strong understanding of budgets, job costs, and profitability
  • Confidence working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools, plans, and scheduling software
  • The ability to think ahead, adapt quickly, and solve problems under pressure

Certifications like PMP are valued—but mindset, accountability, and performance matter more.

How You’ll Be Measured

Success in this role isn’t vague—it’s clear and performance-driven. You’ll be evaluated on:

  • Profitability and financial performance
  • Schedule execution and project delivery
  • Labor efficiency and productivity
  • Communication, leadership, and team coordination
  • Client satisfaction and overall project quality

If you take pride in delivering strong results and continuously improving, you’ll thrive here.

The Opportunity

This role is for someone who wants more than just managing jobs—it’s for someone who wants to build a reputation.

At OFDC, high performers earn trust, autonomy, and opportunity. If you’re looking for a place where your work matters, your results are recognized, and your career can grow, this is it.
