Position Description: # Temporary Project Manager – Overnight

**Location:** San Antonio, TX

**Pay:** $25.00/hour

**Start Date:** Monday, October 12

**Duration:** Approximately 6–8 Consecutive Nights

**Schedule:** Approximately 7:00 PM–6:00 AM

**Position Type:** Temporary / Short-Term

**Elevate Workforce** is seeking an experienced and dependable **Project Manager** for a short-term overnight project

The Project Manager will oversee a floor crew working overnight inside the hospital and serve as the primary on-site point of contact between the crew and the client. This position requires someone who is professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable supervising employees in an active healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to the job site by **7:00 PM each night**
• Remain on site until the floor crew completes its work, approximately **6:00 AM**
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the floor crew
• Ensure work progresses according to the project schedule and client expectations
• Serve as the primary **on-site point of contact with the client**
• Communicate instructions, updates, and concerns between the client and crew
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and professionalism
• Help address job-site issues as they arise
• Ensure the crew follows hospital and site-specific policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous **supervisory, project management, crew lead, or similar experience**
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be dependable and available to work **6–8 consecutive overnight shifts**
• Must be comfortable working approximately **11-hour overnight shifts**
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work professionally in a hospital environment
• Must successfully complete all required vendor credentialing

Important Credentialing Requirement

requires vendor credentialing through **Green Security**, including a **background check**.

**The selected candidate must be able to register and begin the credentialing process this week in order to be cleared before the project begins.**

Compensation

**$25.00 per hour**
