Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team, including engineers, site supervisors, quantity surveyors and site crew
• Plan project schedules, set priorities and ensure milestones are met on time
• Chair and attend project meetings with main contractors, consultants and the internal team
• Monitor site progress, quality and safety, and take corrective action when work falls behind
• Work closely with QS on cost control, variations and progress claims
• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors across sites
• Report project status, issues and risks to management regularly

Requirements

• Degree in M&E/ C&S Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction and data centres
• Proven experience leading site teams and working with main contractors
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
