Project Manager

We are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of customer delivery, lead complex multi-project portfolios, drive operational and financial performance, and build strong, trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.

What you will do:

Customer Management

• Primary operational interface for assigned customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer managers and key stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees and operational reviews.
• Manage escalations and critical delivery situations.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support account growth activities.

Delivery Ownership

• Own delivery for multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ensure commitments related to scope, quality, cost and schedule are achieved.
• Monitor overall portfolio health through KPIs, risks, issues and delivery reviews.
• Coordinate Team Leads, Technical Leads and Project Managers.
• Drive operational excellence and standardization.

Financial Management

• Own revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Monitor GM evolution and define measurable actions to improve margins.
• Manage forecasts, staffing plans and financial risks.
• Ensure alignment between operational structure and financial structure.

Resource & Staffing Management

• Plan staffing requirements and future capacity.
• Coordinate ramp-up, replacements, succession planning and knowledge transfer.
• Anticipate staffing shortages and recruitment needs.
• Build capability pipelines for future opportunities.

Service Center / Competence Center Development

• Drive transformation initiatives.
• Sign and implement governance models, SLAs, KPIs and operating models.
• Migrate accounts from T&M dependency toward outcome-based delivery.
• Increase ownership, predictability and efficiency of operations.

Governance & Process

• Maintain delivery governance assets (iPMP, risks, opportunities, OPO/XD assessments, reviews).

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer obligations.

• Maintain project management plans and supporting documentation.

• Drive audit readiness and compliance activities.

What you must have:

• 8-12+ years in software engineering services / consulting delivery.
• 5+ years managing customers and delivery teams.
• Proven ownership of multi-project or multi-customer portfolios.
• Experience with customers larger than 10-20 FTE engagements.
• Delivery Background: T&M, Skill Center, Service Center, Managed Services, Fixed Price Engagement
