What they need
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our ongoing retrofitting, renovation, and fit-out works.
Qualifications:
BS Civil Engineering graduate with valid PRC License
At least 20 years relevant experience in building construction/project management
Strong experience in retrofitting, renovation, structural works, and MEPFS coordination
Skilled in project scheduling, cost/contract management, subcontractor management, quality and safety control
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera P6, and AutoCAD
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Willing to be assigned full-time at DFA Project Site, Metro Manila
