Project Manager

🏗️ PROJECT MANAGER | RESIDENTIAL FIT-OUT | DUBAI

I’m currently supporting an established residential fit-out contractor in Dubai who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

💰 Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month

The Role

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the delivery of residential fit-out projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.

You will be responsible for managing project delivery, programme, commercial performance, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handover
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades
• Manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords and subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets, variations, valuations and commercial performance
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Coordinate MEP and architectural works and resolve design or site issues
• Monitor QA/QC and HSE standards throughout project delivery
• Manage variations, delays, technical issues and project reporting
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and client expectations

Requirements:

• 5-10 years’ experience within construction/fit-out
• Strong residential fit-out experience in Dubai/UAE
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
• Good understanding of MEP coordination
• Strong commercial and programme management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards and project processes
