Project Manager

About the role

Responsible for ticketing arrangements for a multi-city concert tour, including coordinating ticketing strategies and sales plans, liaising with event organizers on ticketing matters, managing inventory allocation, and handling risk management. Organize and execute medium-to-large scale events and concerts with responsibilities including project planning, timeline management, venue reservation, budget management, technical production and site mapping, manpower arrangement, event monitoring and crisis management until project finish. Ensure all local permitting, crowd management, and safety protocols meet strict standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ticketing strategies and sales plans for multi-city concert tours
• Liaise with event organizers on ticketing matters
• Manage inventory allocation and handle risk management
• Plan and execute medium-to-large scale events and concerts
• Manage project timelines, venue reservations, and budgets
• Oversee technical production, site mapping, and manpower arrangement
• Monitor events and manage crisis situations until project completion
• Ensure local permitting, crowd management, and safety protocols meet strict standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, organizers and co-organizers

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Well written and communication skills in Chinese and English
• Proficient in project management
• Proficient in live audio, lighting, video, staging and rigging system logistics
• Exceptional time and resource management skills
• Experience with concert tours preferred
• Willing to work irregular hours and overtime
• Basic computer skills including Chrome, Gmail, Google Calendar, Forms, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Zoom
