Project Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
2. Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
3. Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
4. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation to meet delivery commitments.
5. Provide technical oversight and guidance on cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and platform-related initiatives.
6. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in project delivery and team execution.
7. Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and customer escalations.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

1. Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing software development projects.
2. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
3. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
4. Good understanding of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized environments.
5. Familiarity with software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
7. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to balance technical decision-making, project execution, and people leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

1. Experience working with hybrid cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
2. Knowledge of Power Systems, virtualization technologies, and distributed systems.
3. Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation frameworks.
4. Understanding of software development technologies such as Java, Go, Python, React, or TypeScript.
5. Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
6. Demonstrated success in scaling teams, improving engineering processes, and driving productivity.
7. Experience handling customer escalations and driving service quality improvements.
8. Ability to influence technical strategy and align engineering execution with business objectives.
